Chesapeake Closets is so confident in the quality of its materials and installation that it offers a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty applies solely to original user and is not transferable. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects or installation defects and any parts will be replaced at no charge. Return of the defective item may be required. Chesapeake Closets is not responsible for improper usage, overloading, intentional harm, or external factors (i.e. water, earthquake, etc.). We can not guarantee availability of any part in the future. We will use our discretion to substitute the closet part available through our suppliers. Chesapeake Closets is not responsible for consequential damage from the use of any of our products.  Lighting parts and all electronics come with a 2 year warranty on those parts only. Replacing batteries is not a warranty issue but a maintenance required by the customer. We will gladly adjust shelves and rods if possible for our customers at our scheduled convenience. We reserve the right to limit the amount of trips we make. This warranty covers our free estimate range only. This warranty applies solely to original user and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to commercial or rental clients. In this case the warranty is for 90 days parts and labor and one year on material.
